Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase of a service or product through our platform, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the service or product must not have been delivered or started. Once a service is marked as “Completed” or “Delivered” by the freelancer, refunds or returns may be subject to our discretion, based on the quality and adherence to the original service agreement.
Certain types of services and digital products are exempt from being refunded:
- Services that have been fully provided or where work has commenced.
- Downloadable software or digital products that have been accessed.
- Custom or personalized services once work has begun.
- Consultation or coaching services after the first session has been conducted.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a service or product purchased through our platform, please contact us at [your email address] with a detailed explanation of your issue. We will review your case and may request additional information to process your refund request.
Refunds are typically considered in the following cases:
- The freelancer did not start or deliver the service as agreed.
- The service provided did not meet the quality standards or requirements outlined in the original agreement.
- The freelancer or client cancels the project before it is marked as “Completed.”
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:
- The freelancer delivered a portion of the service, but it was incomplete or substandard.
- The client received a portion of the product or service and is satisfied with part of the delivery but not the entirety.
Refunds
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Dispute Resolution
If there is a dispute between a client and freelancer regarding the quality or delivery of a service, PersianLancers will mediate the dispute and may request evidence from both parties. We will aim to reach a fair resolution based on the provided evidence and platform policies.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
f you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often a processing time before refunds are posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced services and products may be refunded. Services or products purchased during special offers, discounts, or promotions may not be eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for services or digital products purchased through our platform. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please reach out to the freelancer directly or contact our support team for assistance.
Gifts
If a service or product was purchased using a gift card or credit, any refund issued will be credited back to your account on the platform. If the service was marked as a gift, any refund or credit will be applied to the purchaser’s account.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a service or project, please contact the freelancer directly through the platform’s messaging system before the service is marked as “Started” or “In Progress.” For cancellations after the project has begun, refunds may be subject to the freelancer’s discretion and platform guidelines.
